SUMMARY: We’re hiring a Digital Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our Wholesale Marketing team and support our brands’ digital presence—from social media to websites—and assist with events and activations throughout California. You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Brand, and Sales teams to engage our audiences, drive online visibility, and lead our brands show up where it matters—both online and IRL.
• Social Media & Digital Support
• Manage daily social media engagement (IG, Snapchat, TikTok-style content)
• Manage content planning, copywriting, scheduling, and reporting
• Manage, maintain and update brand websites with fresh assets and copy
• Content Creation
• Capture and curate visual content (photo/video) at events and activations
• Collaborate with creative team to develop on-brand assets
• Event & Activation Support
• Lead & evaluate opportunities and coordinate event logistics
• Be on-site to support setup, staffing, and content capture
• Lead post-event follow-ups and recaps
• Reporting & Collaboration
• Track performance and report insights on social and web channels
• Work cross-functionally to support ongoing campaigns and product drops

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
• Must be 21+ and based in California (LA or SD preferred)
• Hands-on experience with IG, Snapchat, and content creation tools
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator)
• Experience working with CMS platforms and basic web content updates
• Great writer, strong communicator, and highly organized
• Excited by cannabis culture, California lifestyle, and youth marketing
• Flexible schedule with occasional weekends/travel for events

• Familiarity with AlpineIQ, SparkPlug, or cannabis CRM platforms
• Prior experience working in cannabis, music, fashion, or CPG
• SEO or Google Analytics knowledge a plus
