✔ Perform vital signs monitoring, wound care, and routine medication administration
✔ Assist patients with daily activities (mobility, hygiene, nutrition)
✔ Monitor and promptly report changes in patient condition
✔ Accurately document patient care and observations
✔ Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare teams to support patient care plans

✔ Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔ Licensure: Active Oklahoma LPN license & current BLS/CPR certification
✔ Experience: Entry-level (facility Level 1 standards)
