Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Level 1 General Practice role in Tulsa, OK. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career LPNs or those entering the healthcare setting. The LPN will provide hands-on patient care under the direct supervision of RNs or physicians, focusing on patient comfort, safety, and adherence to care plans.

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide direct patient care (vital signs, wound care, medication administration)
✔ Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and nutrition
✔ Monitor and report changes in patient condition to supervising staff
✔ Maintain accurate and timely patient records
✔ Support RNs and physicians in delivering patient care

✅ Qualifications
✔ Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔ Licensure: Active Oklahoma LPN license
✔ Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification
✔ Experience: Entry-level (meets facility Level 1 standards)
✔ Soft Skills:
✔ Basic clinical skills
✔ Excellent communication and documentation
✔ Strong teamwork and reliability
