Requirements:

• Candidates must obtain the Qualified Mental Health Professional credential within 120 days of hire. 
• Must have one year of experience (may include time spent in fieldwork or internship) treating or working with people who have been diagnosed with mental illness.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must have excellent written, verbal, andinterpersonal communication skills.
• Must have excellent organizational andattention to detail skills in order to track and prepare data accurately andtimely.
• Must have the ability interpret a variety ofinstructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
• Additional requirements include: cultural competency, the ability to work effectively with a diverse population;
• The ability to engage and maintain therapeutic relationships with individuals and families in a variety of modes of treatment;
• The ability to develop collaborative relationships with other unit staff and providers, and a willingness to be flexible.
