  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues.

Requirements

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proven Customer Service Experience : Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.

  • Excellent Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.

  • Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM systems and remote work tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Asana.

  • Self-Motivated & Reliable : Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

  • Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.

  • Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to new processes or tools.

  • Equipment Requirements : Must have access to a quiet home office, high-speed internet, and a reliable computer setup.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with customer support or call center environments.

  • Previous remote work experience is a plus but not required
