Maintain an in-depth understanding of products and services to assist customers effectively.
Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues.
Use your tools to manage customer interactions and data.
Meet or exceed performance goals, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings.
Collaborate with other team members to share insights and improve overall customer service experience.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Proven Customer Service Experience : Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
Excellent Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM systems and remote work tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Asana.
Self-Motivated & Reliable : Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to new processes or tools.
Equipment Requirements : Must have access to a quiet home office, high-speed internet, and a reliable computer setup.
Experience with customer support or call center environments.
Previous remote work experience is a plus but not required
